Refund policy
At FragranceJL, every decant is hand-filled from 100% authentic fragrances using sanitized equipment and carefully inspected before shipment.
Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used fragrance decants.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at frangrancejl@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We'll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund when appropriate.
Lost Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, FragranceJL is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. We're happy to help however we can.
Authenticity Guarantee
Every fragrance sold by FragranceJL is 100% authentic and decanted directly from genuine retail bottles. We do not sell counterfeit or diluted fragrances.
